1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ko3333 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing all use of the ko3333 platform, website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, live casino, VIP services, and any other product or service made available at ko3333.app ("the Platform").

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ko3333 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on ko3333. The operation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, all bonuses being voided, and any net winnings across those accounts being forfeited pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Accuracy of Information

Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, ko3333 will require you to complete a KYC verification process. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number);
• A selfie or video verification where required by the Company's compliance team.

Ko3333 commits to completing KYC reviews in a timely manner. During the review period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. The Company will not use the KYC process as a pretext to unreasonably delay legitimate withdrawal requests from verified players.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Ko3333 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to your ko3333 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Ko3333 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independently.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. Ko3333 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. Players may also set personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, ko3333 will contact you to arrange an alternative method that satisfies anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in your own name.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Ko3333 is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering or the financing of any unlawful activity. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, to request source-of-funds documentation, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Any player found to be using ko3333 for money laundering purposes will have their account permanently closed and all funds frozen pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in plain English in the offer's terms. Only wagers placed on eligible games count towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements; games excluded from wagering contribution are listed in the relevant promotion's terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Ko3333 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting software errors or loopholes to generate bonus credits, placing hedging bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other conduct that the Company determines constitutes an unfair attempt to extract bonus value.

5.3 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Ko3333 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances except where an expiry was caused by a Platform error attributable to ko3333.

5.4 VIP Programme

Ko3333 operates a tiered VIP programme. Progression through VIP tiers is based on the player's wagering activity over rolling assessment periods. The Company reserves the right to adjust tier criteria, benefits, and assessment periods at any time. VIP status is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked if a player's account is found to be in breach of these Terms.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the ko3333 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and generally accepted standards of fair conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or circumvent security measures;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or insider-information betting in sports markets;
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate using ko3333 accounts;
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that is defamatory, harassing, unlawful, or harmful to other users through any communication feature of the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any software component of the Platform;
• Using VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions;
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with ko3333.

Ko3333 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems appropriate, up to and including permanent account closure, voiding of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting ko3333 support at [email protected]. Before closing, please ensure that all pending bets have been settled and that any remaining balance has been withdrawn. Ko3333 will process account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe and will confirm closure by email.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by ko3333

Ko3333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information;
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months (dormant account policy);
• Player request for self-exclusion under ko3333's responsible gaming programme;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login or wagering activity is recorded for a period of twelve consecutive months. Ko3333 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy charges. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will not reduce a balance below zero. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting support and completing any required re-verification.

7.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all pending bonus balances and unredeemed free spins are forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements being fulfilled.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

8.1 Limitation of Liability

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part of it;

• Any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from Platform use;
• Any technical malfunction, disconnection, or delay in transmitting bet placement instructions.

8.2 No Guarantee of Winnings

Gambling inherently involves risk. Ko3333 makes no representation or warranty regarding the likelihood of any player winning or the expected return on any game or bet. Past performance of any game or betting market is not indicative of future results. Players should only gamble amounts they are fully prepared to lose.

8.3 Third-Party Content

Games provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Play'n GO, and Ezugi) are operated under their respective licences and are subject to those providers' own terms of service. 8.4 Changes to the Platform

Ko3333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, including specific games, betting markets, payment methods, or promotional features.
